I am running the RC of SP 2 and now I see they have released SP2 to windows
update. Should I uninstall the RC before I install the released version?
 
Automatic Updates is the only way to download SP2 from Windows Update at this
time.

Other methods to install SP2 will be available soon.

The use of Automatic Updates will reduce the volume of data that may need to
be delivered.
