XP Skins

Hi,
I'm looking to skin Windows XP Pro but don't wish to buy the software that's
needed.

I was told that there's a version on the Win XP CD but don't know where to
look.

Any ideas?

There is no skin/theme making program in XP or on the XP cd.

Actually they need style builder if they want to make their own themes.
Style XP only displays the themes. But I agree, just use style xp and
download themes other people made.
