XP shutdown

Lately when I shutdown my XP machine, I get a message
indicating I cannot end a program. The program is
always "windwwaa.exe" I have no idea what this is....how
can I fix this.,..iusually have to manually powerdown th
eunit.

Run spybot.
Search and remove fro registry using Reg cleaner or, JV Power tool.
