XP ShutDown Problem

This happens on and off, when i perform a shutdown on my
system, a message box popups "Moving File ...", it doesn't
seem to shuting down the machine after this message.
Anybody out there, appreciate your help.

note: The systems is running on Windows XP Pro with
service pack.
