I have seen some articles saying that Microsoft will purposely delay Service
Pack 3 for Windows XP to release Service Pack 1 for Windows Vista as soon as
possible to get its Windows XP customers to upgrade to Windows Vista. This
is bad news for Windows XP users including me.

Why? I don't expect XP SP3 will have any enhancements in it as Vista is now
out - it'll just be a roll-up of security and other patches....
