Is the service pack 2 for Windows XP available yet? and if
so where can I get it?
 
It's not available yet. When it does become available you'll get it from
Windows Update.

Hello,

XP Service Pack 2 will not be available to the
general public until next month. I would strongly advise
not just you, but anyone that reads this post is NOT to
download or to install SP2 until all the bugs are taken
care of. Let somebody else's computer catch a cold from
this first. Do not go for the SP2 until October.
