OK, perhaps you previously had a Lexmark and did NOT uninstall it correctly.
See Bruce Sanderson's instructions.......disconnect the printer before
starting.... and take note of Bruce's special section on Lexmark printers.

I haven't seen your error on anyone that did NOT have a Lexmark, but that
doesn't mean it's unique to Lexmark.... I'm pretty sure it could refer to
any service that a printer manufacturer installed on your PC.
After the cleanup, reboot, download a new set of drivers from the website of
the printer you wish to install and install the package. Do NOT reconnect
the printer until the software tells you to do so.
