Xp Reinstall

My computer was almost dead. the only way that i could
boot it up was to put the xp disk in and boot from there,
that is how bad i got. I was watching tech tv and they
recomended reinstalling windows once a year. So i had a
program called tweakxp and i used this to back up my
computer's activation. Then i reformatted the hard drive
and went to reinstall windows. Here is the problem. I Do
Not have the Product key for the one i was using, Stolen
When some one broke in my house. I didn't think i would
need it since i backed up the activation. So inorder to
get my computer up i used another windowsxp disk thinking
i could install it and then use my wpa.dbl i backup on a
floppy. Needless to say that it did not work. What do i
do. I do not want <or Have The Money Right Now> to buy xp
pro agian. Is there something i can due. i have my backed
up activation and a computer counting down!!!!!!

Anytime you have something stolen or lose something,
the only course of action is to go out and purchase a
replacement.....same in your unfortunate case.

Thanks I was hoping for a better Resolution But thats the
world we live in. I wish i would have known this before i
did the clean install.
