XP registry question

I don't suffer any popups, or from programs wanting to dial out.
I update and run Adaware - Spybot - 'a' squared and use CCleaner (all
frequently)
I use Avast and Kerio.

Something, I'm not sure what, encouraged me to look in the registry, and
under Software\microsoft\current version\internet settings\zonemap\domains,
there are several hundreds of domain names, some of which I particularly do
not like the look of (relate to sex\porn etc)

I am the only user of this computer from brand new, and am not in the habit
of even looking at any sites of this nature, and so I am disturbed that
these should be registered anywhere on my computer.

All these domains have a 'name' of '*' a 'type' of 'REG_DWORD' and a data
value of 0x00000004 (4)

Am I safe to delete these 'domains' under zonemap ?

I would appreciate some guidance on this issue

I looked in mine both under HKCU and KKLM and have nothing in the rt
pane except msn. So I would delete them. If you are not sure about some
then you can export them as a reg file and save.

Rich,
I have MSN on it's own in HKLM but there along with these hundreds of others
in HKCU. I have since found some evidence that these 'extras' may have been
placed there by SpywareBlaster (which I have run in the past), and if this
is so, then there is nothing sinister about them.
Thanks for taking the time out to help
