Make sure that your settings apply to all drives. Note that deleting
files from removable media (Floppy Disk, ZIP-Drive, USB-Sticks etc.)
will always bypass the recycle bin as well as files being deleted on
network drives. The same is true if the max. bin size is too small or
if you are using the <shift>+<del> keys.

Hi, Thanks for messenging me back but it does not work, it is already set to
all of the drives and I done a test ( I just made a test folder to see
weather it would go in the bin but it never :( and I have set the capasity to
50% I do not no what to do!

Lower it. The default is 12%. Don't think that will help with your problem
but no it doesn't make to leave that high of a setting in place.

There is no need to set the capacity that high. Note also that deleting
files and folders within a program different from Windows Explorer will
also bypass the recycle bin. If this doesn't apply, try to empty the
recycle bin. If this option is available, just confirm this action (yes)
and that problem should be resolved.
