XP Pro can only be a "member" of "one" domain at any given time.
Domains can be setup to be "trusted" which allows the member of one domain
to access data sources on another domain, without having to be a member of
that domain.
If you are speaking of a traveling user, who goes to many "user" sites,
needing to be members of the clients domain when onsite, then no, the user
will need to have the computer rejoined to each domain as needed, although
there is a 3rd party package "NetSwitcher" that once has been setup, allows
the user to switch between domains at will, but the caveat is the userid
used to run "NetSwitcher" must be a member of all the domains in question
"Domain Admin" group (as only a domain admin can join a computer to the
domain). It also makes administering the "user's" profile a chaotic
challenge at best - especially with Group Policy and/or Active Directory in
use.
