XP professional updgrade academic vs regular?

Can someone tell me if there is a difference between XP Professional
Upgrade Academic vs. Non-Academic version? Do they have the same
functionality?

They are indeed identical, only a much more attractive price on the
acad. edition--$85 vs $1XX. Just bo't. one last week. And you can use it
to upgrade or complete install. s

Yes. The only differences are in the price and the license.
