I have an ACER tablet notebook running XP pro sp1. When
it goes into sleep mode and awakes, it disconnects from
the network and I can't access the network again unless I
reboot the notebook. The f/s is a win2k server small
business edition. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check the Power Management options for the NIC, and check the Power Options in
general, and see if the NIC is being set to turn off when it goes into sleep
mode.
