XP Pro won't boot

All of the sudden my winxp Pro won't boot.
Lights of red and green color show on front of my cpu.
I have used boot disk and to no avail can I get past the
sound of my fan and hd sound. There is no pic on screen.

I hit F8 upon boot, no success either.
Plse...assist if you are knowledgeable
Suggestions?

Its either your monitor, video card or memory has gone.
Check in this order.

may be faulty hardwares-like RAM/AGP card etc etc.

If you are getting no video at all when you turn on the computer then
something is seriously wrong with the hardware either inside the
computer or the monitor.

Test the monitor with another computer and see if it is okay. If it
works with the other computer then the problem is with your computer
and it probably needs to go to the repair shop.

And if the monitor does not work with the other computer then you have
found the problem.
