Hello all

My office machine which I use to remotely support a number of sites some how
has broken VPN

I know my settings to the remote sites are correct because I can use another
machine (home) to connect in smoothly. All FIrewall's etc have been disabled
my cable router has been removed and the horrible cable modem (RJ45
connection) been plugged in to test etc etc nothing works

So then how do I remove and reinstall the VPN (or connections) in XP Pro

Thanks in advance
Matt

you can just delete the VPN connection and re-create it. What's the error code when connecting the VPN?

Hi Robert,

Thanks for the reply.

I wish it was as simple as that - I really do need to reinstall it I've gone
round the houses doing all the obvious tweaking settings etc

Put it this way I've just sent back a VPN endpoint router and a SBS
installation has gone over by a month at my expense because of the machine I
was using to test users remote access.

Think builders houses mechanics cars and me computer engineers computer I
have to much cr*p etc to reinstall system atthe moment I need a quick Fix

Cheers
MAtt
