XP Pro problem

After installing SP1 and Media player 9 on XP Pro, when
restarted I get a message that says that it cannot verify
activation and gives an Error Code: 0x80070007, then
shuts down... Any help on what to do?

Activate it! If you can't do it on-line, call the toll free number at
Microsoft.

Did a check but could not find exactly what you quote. Pretty close,
