I have a computer that I just rebuilt. New MoBo (Soyo
Pe845Lite with onboard LAN), New processor (Cel. 2.4, new
memory (2x128 PC2100 266Mhz)and new 120 Gb Maxon HDD.
Used existing HDD as slave drive and loaded win XP Pro on
new 120 Gb HDD.NAV 2002 found "welchia" on it, so I used
the symantec tool to remove it. Decided to totally
reformat both drives and did so. Reloaded XP Pro, and
all updates, but now when I click on "Start" and
then "Programs", the computer locks up EVERY time. All
other programs on the computer will run normally if I
click the icon on the desktop. Anyone have any ideas
here?? Please help! .
