Xp Pro and Active Directory

I have 50 xp pro workstations and 10 win98 w/s. The win98 logon in 15 secs
while the xp's take 2.5 minutes. Is it something to do with gpedit ?? there
are no roaming profiles or anything at w/s level that is reqired to logon. I
just want them to use the default policy settings. I'll get to templates and
user rights later.
