XP PRO 2003/Outlook send/receive

Whatever setting I use I cannot get Outlook to send/receive at my
choice of intervals. In fact I seem to mostly F9. to check.....

It seems to have started doing this since I had a wireless router
installed.

I want it to check every 5 minutes but it will not do it. I have
repaired the Office Suite to no effect.

Have you set your connection type to LAN? Tools | Services | View or
Change E-mail...select your mail service; it's probably on the connection
tab.
