Xp prefetcher problem!

The prefetcher setting in the registry is enabled( to 3 boot and
applications ),but the prefetcher is not working.The folder does not contain
any data *.pf or anything else.
I use diskkeeper8 to defrag the disk and boot defrag.Since then it is not
working i think!
Is there any solution?????

I have the same problem on 2 computers (a desktop and a laptop), using
DISKEEPER 9 on both.
I really think this is the diskeeper software who blocks the XP
prefetcher...
