XP Policy issue re: Control Panel Settings

Hello,

I am attempting to change some settings in Windows XP control panel e.g accessibility options and power saver options. However, as soon as I logout and back in again a policy of some sort resets all my settings. I have checked my local group policy, security and the network NT policy, but cannot find anything that would relate to this. Can anyone shed some light on a policy setting I could check.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Karen,

Make your changes, run this edit, logoff and test. If this doesn't help,
list the exact changes you are trying to make.

Save Settings on Exit (Line 54)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
