XP Peer to Peer Question

In my office we have a Win SBS 2003 server with a domain that all users log
into. All user are running Win XP Pro. When travelling, user still log on to
their laptops with the sam domain and user info. I need to be able to have
the users when travelling away from our server be able to set up a peer to
peer network in order to share files. I also want the users to be able to
log on to their laptops using their normal profile so that they have access
to their 'my documents' folder and Outlook. Is it possible to set up this
kind of peer to peer network when the user is logged into their system with a
domain when away from the office?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Brad
