XP Passwords

My computer administrator loaded XP Pro on my machine with
she and I as administrators. The machine now will not
recognize either of our passwords. Is there a backdoor
password so we can continue to load software and reset our
passwords?

For good reason there is no Official MS way of doing this, you are able to
create lost password disks while you have access to the system, but in this
case there is no help available. A google search may provide you with
unofficial ways but beware of what you try.
