I just used PM8 to partition my HDD to give me two smaller 15gb partitions.
1 for backup and 1 for possible new OS..whenever. I used the NTBackup
utility to backup my entire C: drive to E:. It transferred fine, but I
noticed a sea of red (fragmentation) in the E: drive afterwards. I use
Diskeeper Pro and ran it, but it didn't find any defragmentation! Possibly
because the only thing in there was one solitary .bkf file. Is this
something to be concerned about or should I be using a different method to
transfer my C: drive contents to backup?
Thanks in advance.
