XP partition

Hi,
I want to format my hard drive and reinstall XP.
I've already backed up all my critical files, I just need to know how to
make the partition for XP. Is there a way that I can have a partition just
for the OS, and then have another partition for the rest of my drive be for
my files? How big does the partition for XP need to be? I am asking this
because I am thinking about possibly putting on another OS as well. (My hard
drive is 80GB)
Thanks,
Andrew

you can use your xp installation disk to make a partition. yes you can use a
partition for just the os but i would use at least 10GB for the partiion for
the os. hope this helps
