xp new Start Menu

I read a lot of messages about how to use group policy to
force the Classic Start Menu. But when I tried the other
way around, I just could not force
the use of New Start Menu. In Group Policy, the
explanation clearly
stating "If you disable this setting, th Start menu only
displays in
the new style, meaning the desktop icons are now on the
Start page."
Any help would be appreciated!

Works fine for me. Turned on pathetic start menu, set the policy to disabled, typed
gpupdate /f
good start menu is back.
