Every time I try to stay on the net for more than 20
minutes my screen freezes or the browser shuts down and I
get a message telling me that the computer or software I
should say is having memory leaks, I have tried a system
restore, updates, defragmentting, diskcleanup and still
no remedy can anyone offer me some much needed
assistance? thank you

You posted the same question to this newsgroup 12 minutes prior to
this one.

These newsgroups circulate world wide, and the volunteers who provide
advice and assistance on them are most likely not going to be online
at any give moment.

You need to allow at least 24 hours for responses to come in to your
original request before posting anything further.

And see my response to your original request for some specific
suggestions regarding your problem.

Good luck
