I have a PC that about 20 people use and I want them to have to sign on when
using the PC. Is there a way, other that the Control Panel User Accounts, I
can have the individuals sign on. The PC is on a network but I do not want
them actually connecting to the network.

I heard thru grapevine there is a way to set it up on XP so they get the
network log on screen to sign on to the PC but I do not know where to go to
set it up. That is if in fact the grapevine is correct.

Force them to use the CTRL+ALT+DEL Secure Attention Sequence:

You mention that the pc is on a network but you don't tell us what kind
of network. If the pc is joined to a domain then you *have* to use the
Classic Logon, there is no Welcome screen when the machine is joined to
a domain.
