Xp lock up

After 2 or 3 mins after booting up xp will lock up. (Can't
ctrl+alt+del). On rebooting it hangs at various points on
rebooting. When eventually get to login an error message
appears say "c\windows\system32\logonuix.exe
c\windows\system32\AUTOEXEC.NT The system file is not
suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft applications.
Chose close to terminate the application.

Any help would be appretiated.

Hi Dave,

Looks like a problem with WinCustomize (LogonStudio supplies the file giving
you trouble), you may want to check with them.

Thanks for that guys.

I uninstalled logonstudio and reintalled, It has taken
away the error message I was getting but I'm still getting
the freeze ups. This goes on for about 10 reboots and
freezing at different stages then will run normally.
