XP licence under Virtual PC 2007

I am running Vista 64-bit with dual boot XP Prof on one machine. Both are
fully licensed retail versions and activated. Do I need yet another XP
licence to run XP within VPC under Vista? It is asking me to activate it,
but perhaps it will go through on the nod as the hardware is of course
identical.

A Virtual PC is treated just like a physical PC.
You need a new Windows license to activate
the additional installation.
