xp language change

how can i change windows xp pro english into
spanish, is there any way that i can do it???
I remember years ago you could do it in windows 98.

Hi Julio
To change the UI text to Spanish you must clean install a Spanish version of
XP onto your system. It is possible to change the UI text for each user
through the Windows XP MUI but that is only available under certain
licensing programs or an MSDN subscription.
