XP Knowledge Pack

Hi - does anyone know of a company supplying knowledge packs (database
of step by step info) to populate a knowledge base with information
relating to XP questions (eg. how do I turn off office assistant, to
how do I set-up a new DUN) - all the types of questions new users are
likely to ask after having XP rolled out to them?

I want the pack to populate my knowledge base, to allow a service desk
to take XP related enquiries - the agents on the service desk do not
have access to XP, and so the knowledge base is the only way for them
to provide this support at present.

Companies like ServiceWare used to offer this type of product - is it
available from Microsoft???
