XP kiosk mode

Hi

Is there a free app that can be used to configure Windows XP to kiosk mode
(to use only internet explorer and mozilla), all other things will be
disabled?
Can this be done through a local GPO and how?

Is the reason for this is because you want to setup a public machine? If
so, why not try Windows SteadyState? It is free from Microsoft.
