If you are on a LAN, your PC might be set up to allow wake-on-LAN, where you
can start the PC from another point on your LAN, Try going into your BIOS
settings and disabling Wake-on-LAN (BIOS Setup menus tend to be different
from pc-to-pc, so contact your manufacturer for more info).
