XP is telling me I don't have admin privileges.

I just installed Play Online for FFXI, and even though I have administrator privileges, it won't let me open the shortcut at all. It says I don't have privileges. What do I do to make it work?

Have you tried it under a different admin account? Made any tweaks to the
registry or any other permissions?
