XP INSTALLATION

I had a virus on my computer and had to wipe the hard
drive. I've tried to re-install xp but it hangs at the
license agreement section when it says press f8 to
continue. any help....
 
Hi,
Are you using a multimedia keyboard - i.e. logitech? - If you are, look
for a key near the top left called "F-Lock" I was trying to install XP and
got caught up there also - I was perplexed as to why I couldn't get past
that point (F8). I looked around the top of the keyboard, saw it and pressed
it with a "WTF - it can't hurt" attitude, and away it went . Lesson: learn
what all those extra keys are for on your keyboard....GL
