XP installation hangs at EULA

I have built a 'puter using the parts below. When I try to install XP, I can
only get as far as the EULA, where it hangs up. F8 will do nothing.
Ctrl+alt+del will do nothing as well.Any help is appreciated!

My guess is that you are using an Enhanced Keyboard with a F Mode toggle
button. Press and release the F Mode button then hit the F8 button to accept
the EULA.
