XP IE6 and 0-Bit Cipher Strength

My internet explorer has 0 bit cipher strength. I am
using Windows XP and everything I can find is how to fix
on earlier systems. I have tried all of the those
solutions to no avail. Plz help.

Try (re)installing IE 6 SP-1 http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.asp
