XP Hotfixes & Security Updates

If a hotfix or Security update is remove in Add/Remove will Windows Update
display those again and allow you to install it again ?

If it originally came from Windows Update, yes.

It came on this Dell, I would think it did come from Win Update.

Although I've never checked the C:\Windows on new Dell I receive (I
just format them and re-install) to see if they ship with current
Windows Updates, it may be their practice to update before shipping
out to customers.
