XP Home &SP2 Bluescreening

This morning I blue screened twice. { 1 } Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS OR EQUAL. { 2
} BAD_POOL_HEADER. Is there something I can do to fix these problems??? I
just Microsoft Updated New Updates Yesterday. Thanks all,JJ
