I have a network composed of two XP Homes in a peer to peer setup. I want to share the root of C: on both machines so they are visible to the other. From attempts to date this does not seem possible.

Is this inhibited in the Home version?

Thanks,

gary

I believe that may be one of the limits to the Home Edition version. There's
a few folders that can't be shared... So... (Use a password...)

http://realvnc.com

That should enable a workaround for you. Basically you can take control of
either system and move stuff around fairly easily.

Galen,

Thanks for your response.

I was already looking at TightVNC which looks to be a comparable product.

Thanks, G

UltraVNC is better, IMHO.
