XP Home page changes on restart

Windows XP Pro changes home page each time I restart. I have set it in
Internet Options several times, no change. It always changes to the same
one. It changes the same with a restart or shut-down.

I got some clues running SpyBot, the main problem was "Ultimate Popup
Killer". When I uninstalled this, all was well...

Be sure to read the help with SpyBot so you'll get the most
out of it. SpyBot has updates every week or two, be sure to
check. AdAware www.lavasoftusa.com is also an excellent
program. I run both alternately, they detect similar items.
AdAware updates a little more often.
