You can create a DOS-bootable floppy disk by opening My Computer,
right-clicking on your floppy drive, and choosing Format.
Put a checkmark in the box next to "Create and MS-DOS startup disk", and
click Start to format the disk.

Note: If your hard drive is formatted with NTFS, you will not be able to see
your hard drive with this floppy disk. You'll only be able to access the
information on your hard drive from this floppy if you've used FAT32.

There are also a wide variety of boot disks available for download at
www.bootdisk.com.

Good luck!
