XP Home cd burning will not work if......

I use the built in cd burning feature of xp a lot. However, if I use
another burning program such as Nero, the built in burner will not
work unless I reboot. XP recognizes the drive and copies from cd's but
will not burn. Any fixes to get the two to co-exist?

Many programs for CD burning suffer from this same problem. Update to the
latest version of Nero first before turning off the XP burning option. You
could also simply use Nero to do the job.
