XP help and support

When I try to use the Help and Support center, no choices
appear to the right of the green arrows. When I click on
them, nothing happens. There are things missing, but I
don't know what. If anyone else has had this problem, or
knows what I can do, please let me know.

Hi!

you have to write the name which you are searching in the
Search box and then you have to click the green arrow,have
you done that?

If it's the same as mine, it is badly designed. Try
either maximizing the window or use the scroll bars or
both. If you play around with it, you can see the choices.

The arrow next to the search bar works fine, its the ones
down farther in the window to the right. There are
several in a single file line, then there are 4 more at
the bottom of the page. They sort of highlight when I run
my mouse over them, so I know there is something that is
supposed to be there.
