XP GHOST

After ghosting drive get following message on boot up.

A problem is preventing widows from accurately checking the licence for this
computer. Error Code 0X 8009006.

Have been using ghost for 3 years and first problem ever. Any help will be
welcome.

It didn't like this copy. Try this:

Start/run regsvr32 regwizc.dll
Then start/run regsvr32 licdll.dll

If this doesn't help try these steps:

Start the computer in Safe mode by hitting F8 at bootup. Start/run regedit.
Delete the following keys:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers

Exit the registry editor, restart normally.

I have the same problem. I can't get to the desktop/windows explorer to try what Nutcase suggests.

even in safe mode I can't get by the login screen.

Any other suggestions?
