XP freeware theme wiped out my standard CP Control Panel Icon on title bar, Start Menu

I'm sorry if I'm not naming it properly but there's some Danish theme pak on
what seemed like a legitimate site that totally blew up my IExplorer desktop
and Control Panel title bar icons.

I've found a program by the name of ActivIcons to fix the former, but can't
for the life of me figure out how to fix the latter. For some mysterious
reason when I open up the folder view in Control Panel the Printers and
Faxes icon has gone missing (i.e. reverted to the most basic, ugly icon) as
well.

How do I fix these?

Thanks!

Ok further detail -- this happened with "DameK UltraBlue" at
http://www.themexp.org/index.php?view=downloads

Thanks for the help -- this is maddening. I let the uninstall program do
its thing and it didn't revert the icons back to the proper XP icons. I am
under SP2 and everything else is fine (I guess this should be my worst
problem <g>).
