XP Font Problems

Every time I restart my computer my fonts are erased from the font folder
and the system fonts are all reset to fixedsys. I copy all the fonts off of
the cd to the font folder and I can see them in the folder if I go through
Windows Explorer but I can not see them if I go to the font folder in the
Control Panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the exact same problem. I've tired everything and so far nothing's worked. Someone PLEASE help!!!!!!!!! *screams like a mad man*

Did you just copy them to the fonts folder? You should actually
install the fonts from the CD.

Another question - did the fonts originally disappear when you copied
fonts from the fonts folder to CD?
