XP Firewall

I am using the XP Firewall, it doesn't load each itme I boot up. Is there a
way to keep it on when I reboot?

Am used to seeing lil icons in sys tray when something is running.

How do you know it isn't running? The Windows Firewall does not put an
icon in the system tray. Do you have any third-party firewalls or
software that includes a firewall (McAfee, Norton AV with Internet Worm
Protection)? If you do, use the third-party software instead. If you do
not have this kind of software, what is the malware/virus status of the
computer?

It does load, it just doesn't have a systray icon like Zone Alarm. The
security center systray icon will appear if the firewall fails to load.
