XP fail to contect 2003 server every 10 hours

I have a problem between windows XP Pro SP1 connect to windows 2003 server
It'll lost connection every 10 hours. When the XP open MS office or others stuff need to
connect the server, it'll become very slow or no respond to the server.

I need disable the network connection and than enable it again. It become normal
What's happen for it ? Within 10 hours connection it's no any problem. Now I need to reboot
the machine within 10 hours otherwise it'll freeze

** I have 30 machines connect to 1 2003 server, all of the XP machine have the same problem

Can somebody told me what happen and help please

What networking protocol are you using? TCP/IP, IPX,
netbeui?
